Recommendation Roundup: November 2013

Hey, hey... it's almost the end of the year! (Wha-huh?) So, it's time for another one of our monthly roundups of what we've read that you'll want to put on your to-read list. One of mine is a re-read, since I couldn't resist reading my favorite book in the Hunger Games series after seeing Catching Fire... as one does. And, I said goodbye to Gabrielle Zevin's marvelous Birthright series, with one of the best series endings I've read in a long time--I can't even begin to write about the final book, it's that good.
