Recommendation Roundup: June 2013

Our recommendations for the last month of reading are a real mixed bag, but I have to say that Laura and I both read Trish Doller's Where the Stars Still Shine, out this fall, and we agree that it is absolutely phenomenal. Add this to your to-read/must-buy/pre-order it now list--it's just that good. I also have to point out an awesome cookbook I bought last month, The Southern Vegetarian, which is great, even if you're not a vegetarian like me--it's packed full of hearty, tasty, original recipes.
